Please Note: If you are adamant about not being videotaped, you agree to sit behind the camera in the back half of the room and also to not participate onstage in any exercises. No Audio or Video Taping:In order to protect the integrity of the seminar, no cameras and/or recording devices will be allowed. There is a $50 processing fee for cancellations up to 10 business days before the start of the seminar. NO refunds will be made if cancelled within 10 business days prior to start of seminar. If you cancel within 10 business days or if you are a NO SHOW (you must call or email within 2 weeks after the seminar), you will be given Partial CREDIT (tuition paid minus $50 cancellation fee) towards any future event produced solely by the Institute of Harmonic Resonance Technology Seminar to be used within 18 months. This DOES NOT include any events co-produced by the Institute for Harmonic Resonance Technology with another company, or any event produced by our promoters overseas. Sale or transfer of seminar tickets or credits is not permitted. NO refunds are permitted after attending a completed seminar. There is no money back guarantee and no exceptions to this policy.On rare occasions, we must cancel seminars. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fees you've already paid. The Institute of Harmonic Resonance Technology is not responsible for airline tickets, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties that you may incur as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow 10 business days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
